SUMMARY According to the Old Testament Abraham had been told to get circumcised and he obeyed God's commandment. All the prophets and the members of their communities got circumcised, except the Christians. According to the New Testament, the ritual of circumcision was replaced by baptism. According to the Qur'an, the custom of the believers in the Old Testament was carried on. WAR
